PM REALTY GROUP AWARDED LEASING ASSIGNMENT AT ROSWELL SUMMIT
ATLANTA, GA - PM Realty Group (PMRG), a nationally recognized, full-service commercial real estate firm, today announced that the company has secured the leasing assignment at Roswell Summit 100 and 200, located at 1080 Holcomb Bridge Road, near Georgia 400, in Roswell.
Owned by Roswell GA Highrise LLC, Roswell Summit is a 127,342 square foot office complex located in Atlanta's North Fulton submarket. Roswell Summit 100 was built in 1982, and consists of three stories totaling 63,604 square feet. Roswell Summit 200, built in 1984, consists of three stories totaling 63,738 square feet. Office suites range in size from 748 square feet to over 30,000 square feet, and the property is situated in an attractive 9.6-acre park-like setting offering generous green space.
