ATLANTA, GA - PM Realty Group (PMRG), a national, full-service commercial real estate firm, today announced that Julie Motsinger has been promoted to Senior Vice President/Director of Operations for the Southeast Division. Her new responsibilities include supporting and facilitating the growth of the firm's Southeast Division as well as overseeing all aspects of operations within the Southeast Division, including but not limited to; asset management, property management, cash flow analysis, engineering, and construction management for a portfolio consisting of over 10 million square feet.
Since joining PMRG in 2008, Julie has been instrumental in managing several large management portfolios that have strengthened the company's standing in the Southeast, including a management assignment at One Buckhead Plaza, a 461,669 rentable square foot Buckhead icon, owned by Metzler North America. This relationship developed under Julie's leadership, and later resulted in PMRG being awarded with Metzler North America's Riverside Industrial Portfolio, consisting of five properties totaling 950,430 rentable square feet.

Prior to joining PMRG, Ms. Motsinger served as General Manager for Carter where she managed a multi-use property consisting of commercial office space, retail space, an upscale residential community and exquisite town homes. Previously, Ms. Motsinger served as Facility Manager for OmniOffices and was responsible for the operations of an executive suite facility, and also as a Property Manager with Prentiss Properties and a Tenant Services Coordinator/Construction Coordinator with Portman Barry Investments.
Ms. Motsinger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and has her Georgia Real Estate Salesperson License. She is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Atlanta where she achieved the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation.
