MONTY SMITH JOINS PM REALTY GROUP AS SENIOR DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
DALLAS, TX - Monty Smith has joined PM Realty Group (PMRG), a nationwide, full-service commercial real estate firm, as a senior development officer for the company's development and acquisitions division. He brings to PMRG more than 21 years of architectural expertise. His experience includes mixed-use projects, luxury high-rise residential, healthcare facilities, office buildings and corporate campuses.
Based in Dallas, Smith manages all facets of development, including site selections, design and planning, client and municipal relations, contract negotiations and construction management.
Prior to joining PMRG, Smith served as an architect and associate principal at Gromatzky Dupree and Associates, a Dallas-based national architectural firm specializing in luxury high-rise residential, mixed-use, office and industrial design.
